I had thought that in Worrow's eyes he felt the tories should have kicked him out of the party and the fact he doesn't think the punishment fitted the "crime" says much about him. <br />Others have said even if the case had gone to court it is doubtful a greater sentence would have been imposed if fact it would probably have been less.
