The right type of snow

Looking out of the window this morning things looked pretty deep and crisp and even, I assumed that the county would have ground to a halt.

But as the local news unfolded, trains and busses running on time, the Kent schools website the children’s school up and educating or whatever they do.

I have to admit to being pretty much lost for words, the only thing I can think is that we must have had the right type of snow.

      If thou know'st it, telling
      Yonder pizza, who is he?
Where and what his draw from?"
"Sire, he lives a good league hence
      Underneath the funny hat
      Right against the cracker wrap
      By Saint Agnes' fountain."

  3. I'm an ex bus driver, I live on a bus stop and notice all the private cars are driving very slowly and carefully. I also notice the busses appear to be driving at their normal speed, one even slid into the bus stop because the driver approached the stop too quick......come on you bus drivers, set an example. Comments, since I started writing this blog in 2007 the way the internet works has changed a lot, comments and dialogue here were once viable in an open and anonymous sense. Now if you comment here I will only allow the comment if it seems to make sense and be related to what the post is about. I link the majority of my posts to the main local Facebook groups and to my Facebook account, “Michael Child” I guess the main Ramsgate Facebook group is We Love Ramsgate. For the most part the comments and dialogue related to the posts here goes on there. As for the rest of it, well this blog handles images better than Facebook, which is why I don’t post directly to my Facebook account, although if I take a lot of photos I am so lazy that I paste them directly from my camera card to my bookshop website and put a link on this blog.
