All of Thanet goes UKIP apart from Will Scobie

As far as I can see with the KCC election website not working and KCC not having event bothered to tweet the Thanet results yet that is the situation.    

Nothing on the TDC website either, so although i managed to get the winners from various Tweets - possibly squawks - I can't find the actual numbers yet.

These figures are copied from the Gazette's website as the official KCC website still doesn't work.
