Here are the photos of the pictures which should expand if clicked on
The current Exhibition is by  "Denys LeFevre"
Denys is someone of a local artistic legend. (Even the Queen has one of his artworks)
The current show by Denys is a "Retrospective" with many new and many older works. It's also somewhat of a local history lesson.
He will be in the gallery on Saturday Afternoon.

Private View 1-5pm Saturday 24th May 2014. All welcome.

The exhibition runs --  21st May  - 28th May

  1. Wow! This is an interesting exhibition from Denys! I've seen his work before, it is incredibly detailed and almost architectural by nature. Each work will have taken many hours to complete. I'll make sure I pop in on Saturday to see it, and take advantage of the free parking in the Multi Storey on Saturdays. Thanks for sharing the photos in your excellent blog! Mike.

Comments, since I started writing this blog in 2007 the way the internet works has changed a lot, comments and dialogue here were once viable in an open and anonymous sense. Now if you comment here I will only allow the comment if it seems to make sense and be related to what the post is about. I link the majority of my posts to the main local Facebook groups and to my Facebook account, “Michael Child” I guess the main Ramsgate Facebook group is We Love Ramsgate. For the most part the comments and dialogue related to the posts here goes on there. As for the rest of it, well this blog handles images better than Facebook, which is why I don’t post directly to my Facebook account, although if I take a lot of photos I am so lazy that I paste them directly from my camera card to my bookshop website and put a link on this blog.
