Well that’s what they have announced, I am a bit mysified about how extra funding can lead to the signing of a 106 agreement.

Andrew I have put a couple of links up on the post with a bit of background info, the main problems relate to protecting Thanet’s water supply, both in terms of potential contamination risks and reducing the area of ground available for replenishment by rainfall.
