Isle of Thanet Groundwater Quality News-Issue 4

This is an important document about the quality of Thanet’s water, click on the link to read it http://www.thanetonline.com/311tol/id2.htm I should stress here that Thanet’s ground water is processed before we drink it, so as it says on the cover of The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, “Don’t Panic”

This issue has site specific updates at the end, the main issues in the this part being the Thor Chemicals site and the Manna Hutte site.

  4. I don’t understand that Peter the site is hosted by Easyspace, something you shouldn’t be able to see unless I haven’t paid my bill, which I have, and it’s working for me fine in IE8 and Google Chrome the only browsers I have on the ancient laptop I am using.

Perhaps a ghost in the machine as I don’t think the michaelsbookshop site has gone down as it is where I host the scripts that run things like the thanet blogs blog, technically an IT accident waiting to happen and the first thing that usually sinks in storm.

  6. Sorry about that it’s done it to me now and the whole website seem to have gone random, with some pages working and some not.

I have changed the link to where I have published it on another of my websites, please let me know if you get any more problems.

Comments, since I started writing this blog in 2007 the way the internet works has changed a lot, comments and dialogue here were once viable in an open and anonymous sense. Now if you comment here I will only allow the comment if it seems to make sense and be related to what the post is about. I link the majority of my posts to the main local Facebook groups and to my Facebook account, “Michael Child” I guess the main Ramsgate Facebook group is We Love Ramsgate. For the most part the comments and dialogue related to the posts here goes on there. As for the rest of it, well this blog handles images better than Facebook, which is why I don’t post directly to my Facebook account, although if I take a lot of photos I am so lazy that I paste them directly from my camera card to my bookshop website and put a link on this blog.
