Convention says St Laurence for the church and St Lawrence
for the village so I’m not really sure what’s right for the churchyard. As I
have mentioned before I am allergic to shopping so here is the link to what can
loosely be called taking my children to St Lawrence Tesco i.e. photos of St
Laurence Churchyard today, not many I’m afraid http://www.michaelsbookshop.com/090517Ramsgate/id7.htm
For the dedicated followers here is the link to the books
that went away in my bookshop of Saturday http://michaelsbookshop.blogspot.co.uk/2017/05/the-dead-in-bookshop.html
I was in Canterbury paining today, the chancel paining has
moved into advanced spot the difference realms as more coats of paint go on but
there you go.
The scaffolding is still going up on the cathedral and I am beginning to wonder just how much of the building I will be able to see to paint soon
the earlier wooden type looks more interesting to paint though presumably more dangerous.

Comments, since I started writing this blog in 2007 the way the internet works has changed a lot, comments and dialogue here were once viable in an open and anonymous sense. Now if you comment here I will only allow the comment if it seems to make sense and be related to what the post is about. I link the majority of my posts to the main local Facebook groups and to my Facebook account, “Michael Child” I guess the main Ramsgate Facebook group is We Love Ramsgate. For the most part the comments and dialogue related to the posts here goes on there. As for the rest of it, well this blog handles images better than Facebook, which is why I don’t post directly to my Facebook account, although if I take a lot of photos I am so lazy that I paste them directly from my camera card to my bookshop website and put a link on this blog.
