Thanet North Labour Candidate Gone?

Having got a response From Roger Gale that he will be publishing his views on the airport expansion in the local paper, he says he will email it to me on Thursday and you should be able to read it on this blog then.

A response from Steve Ladyman on the same subject http://thanetonline.blogspot.com/2009/01/steve-ladyman-on-manston-expansion.html

And one from Laura Sandys http://thanetonline.blogspot.com/2009/02/laura-sandys-on-manston-airport.html

I thought I would email the Labour Candidate for Thanet North and ask him for his views on the airport, I am sure it was announced the at one had been selected and I have asked several Labour people for his email address and website address.

I have just looked on the labour party website and he is not there, perhaps they don’t know where he is either. Has he been deselected? Is it news? Has he done a runner? Does anybody know?

This link takes you to a rather unusual Japanese clock that interrupted every so often by modern dance http://www.uniqlo.jp/uniqlock/ for some reason I cant make it work on some computers.

Oh and the picture is of Harbour Parade in Ramsgate.

Comments, since I started writing this blog in 2007 the way the internet works has changed a lot, comments and dialogue here were once viable in an open and anonymous sense. Now if you comment here I will only allow the comment if it seems to make sense and be related to what the post is about. I link the majority of my posts to the main local Facebook groups and to my Facebook account, “Michael Child” I guess the main Ramsgate Facebook group is We Love Ramsgate. For the most part the comments and dialogue related to the posts here goes on there. As for the rest of it, well this blog handles images better than Facebook, which is why I don’t post directly to my Facebook account, although if I take a lot of photos I am so lazy that I paste them directly from my camera card to my bookshop website and put a link on this blog.
